PAYMENT PROCESSING-By submitting the Exhibitor Registration form you
agree to the charges to the credit card submitted for payment of the
registration fees for Texas EMS Conference 2011.
Agreeing to these Terms & Conditions verifies you have read the Rules
and Regulations for Texas EMS Conference 2011. You can only register if
you agree to the terms.
EXHIBITOR REFUNDS: A 20% administrative fee is charged for refunds.
Exhibitor refunds must be requested prior to 10/01/2011. No refunds
after 09/30/2011.
By registering for the conference, you agree to have your likeness
reproduced. Exhibitors assume all risk incidental to participation in
all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, it's
employees and agents against all claims.
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information
from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or
to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information
from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from
your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not
receive your check back from your financial institution.
